THE HEROES COLLECTION
Pronovias Group Artistic Director Alessandra Rinaudo curated “THE HEROES COLLECTION” for this important occasion, selecting a wide variety of beautiful, unique wedding dresses especially for these brides. She described these workers as “soldiers, unrelenting in their battle to heal the sick. It is an honor to show my support and raise awareness for all of these women doing their best to overcome this pandemic. Love will conquer all.”
All hospital-employed brides-to-be who assisted in this crisis are eligible for a free gown from until August 31st, 2020. THE HEROES COLLECTION will be available exclusively in flagship stores. Pronovias stores: Spain (Barcelona, Madrid -Velázquez, Sevilla), Italy (Rome, Milan), France (Paris, Lyon, Marseille) Portugal (Lisbon), United Kingdom (London), United States (New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Houston), and Mexico (Mexico City). In all Nicole stores in Italy.

What is "The Heroes Collection" initiative about?
Pronovias Group Artistic Director Alessandra Rinaudo curated “The Heroes Collection” to support the heroes at the
frontlines of the COVID-19 outbreak. The group will be donating dresses from this collection to all hospital-employed
brides-to-be so they can find their dream dress.
Due to the high level of demand, the process to schedule an appointment to claim for your "heroes dress" is closed. We
are now processing all the requests received and will be providing feedback to the brides who are eligible to this
initiative in the following weeks.
We want to thank each and every Hero bride and hope the "Heroes Collection" dress fulfills the dream they are putting on
hold now to put others first. Thanks to you, #LoveConquersAll.
What are the requirements to be eligible for one of the "Heroes Collection" dresses?
You must be a hospital-employed bride-to-be who has assisted in the COVID-19 pandemic. You will need to show an ID
and provide a document for full-time hospital employment that begins in March 2020 at the latest, for example a payslip.
Please also provide a document confirming that your wedding date will take place during the year of 2020.

Where are these dresses available?
The collection will be available in the following Pronovias’ Flagship stores: Spain (Barcelona, Madrid-Velázquez, Seville), Italy (Rome, Milan), France (Paris, Lyon, Marseilles), Portugal (Lisbon), United Kingdom (London), United States (New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Houston) and Mexico (Mexico City). The collection will also be available in all of Nicole’s Flagship stores in Italy (Milano, Torino, Centallo, Bassano del Grappa). Each store has a limited stock. Were these dresses exclusively designed for this collection?
We are calling this collection “The Heroes Collection” and it is a set of dresses that Alessandra Rinaudo has selected specifically for today´s heroes, hospital staff fighting the global pandemic. These are beautiful designs selected from the Pronovias Group´s brands.
When will the collection be available in stores?
The collection will be available at the selected stores as soon as the local authorities
recommend for retail stores
to be open again. The dresses will be available from the moment our stores re-open until
the 31st of August, while
supplies last.
In case of stores currently open, as soon as activities resume after the lock down in
Spain, Pronovias Group will ship
the goods.
How long will this collection be available in store?
The collection will be available in the selected Flagships Pronovias and Nicole stores while supply lasts and no later than 31st of August 2020, while supply lasts.
Does this action apply to other collections you have in store?
No, only the dresses that are part of the "The Heroes Collection", selected by Alessandra Rinaudo, the Pronovias Group Artistic Director. Only "Heroes Collection" dresses will be donated.
If any adjustments or customizations are needed, does this service will also be donated?
Alterations are not included.
Any accessories to the dress are also included in the donation?
Accessories are not included in the donation.
Can I get more than one dress from the "Heroes Collection"?
Only one dress will be donated to the bride-to-be.
If I am a groom-to-be working at a hospital, can I get a "Heroes Collection" for my
bride-to-be?
The "Heroes Collection" is dedicated to brides-to-be working at Hospitals fighting this pandemic.
When and how can I schedule my appointment for the "Heroes Collection"?

Appointments will last 1h to ensure you are able to try several dresses of the “Heroes Collection” and enjoy the
Pronovias or Nicole experience.
You will be asked before your appointment to show your ID, your hospital contract proving employment as of March 2020
and e documents proving your 2020 wedding ceremony. WIthout these and the prevoius approval of our internal teams, we
will not be able to assist you.
